"Booking Took Longer Than Expected"
I get that schedules can fill up and things get busy, but to be fair, the booking process took longer than I expected. It would’ve been a better experience if it had been a bit quicker or if there was clearer communication along the way.

"Nice staff, just felt a little pricey"
The staff were really friendly, and they helped me quickly, which I definitely appreciated. I don’t know, the place was fine overall, but for the price I was expecting a bit more. Nothing was really wrong, and the service was good, but it just felt kind of average to me

"Worth it if you really need sleep"
I had about a 5-hour layover and decided to book a suite mainly so I could crash for a while. For that purpose, it worked really well. The room was quiet enough, the lights were easy to dim, and the couch/bed setup was more comfortable than I expected. I actually woke up feeling like a normal human instead of that usual airport-zombie feeling. It’s definitely not cheap, so I probably wouldn’t do it for a short layover or just to hang out, but if you really need solid sleep between flights, I’d say it’s worth it.

"Literally saved me during a flight delay"
My flight got delayed not once but twice, and Minute Suites was literally so flexible with changing my time. I was exhausted and irritated, but they made the whole thing easy and stress-free. i’m really glad I booked it

"Double-check everything before you arrive"
I booked a room for a layover and just had a simple question about check-in time, so I emailed ahead thinking it would be quick. The response took longer than expected and didn’t really answer what I was asking, which was frustrating.

I also tried calling, but I kept getting passed around, and the person I finally spoke with didn’t seem totally sure about the location’s rules. When you’re arriving with bags and not much time, that’s not exactly reassuring.
The stay itself might be perfectly fine, but I’d definitely warn others to get all the details confirmed early and maybe have a backup plan. For the price, I expected much clearer communication before arrival.

"Easy to grab a room when I really needed one"
I used Minute Suites during a long layover, and I was mostly relieved they had anything available. I booked last minute, so I wasn’t expecting much, but I was able to get a room without a big hassle.

The room was quiet enough for me to rest, charge my phone, and keep my stuff close instead of being half-asleep out by the gate. It wasn’t fancy, but it felt more private and safer than trying to unwind in the middle of the terminal.

I’d use it again if I saw one open while traveling, especially during delays. For me, it was worth it just to have a little space to myself and not feel so exposed while waiting around.

"The stay was fine, but the policy details could use work"
My stay was okay overall, but the rules and policy stuff weren’t super clear to me. Maybe it’s just based on this one visit, but it made me feel like they could probably do a better job explaining things upfront for guests...

"Surprisingly Easy and Helpful"
I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth everything went. Using a wheelchair wasn’t an issue at all, and the staff stepped in quickly to help. Really appreciated how easy they made it...

"Way quieter than I thought"
I expected way more airport noise, but it was actually chill. I could just relax without hearing people all over the place the whole time.

"Quick support when I needed it"
I had a question and support got back to me faster than I expected. They cleared things up without making the whole thing feel like a chore. I know response times can depend on the issue or how busy they are, but in my case, it was a really smooth experience.

"I was a bit worried I’d..."
I was a bit worried I’d walk right past it or end up wandering around, because airports can be confusing. But the signs were really clear, even the smaller ones along the way. I just followed the terminal signage to Minute Suites and didn’t have to stop and ask anyone. The check-in area was easy to spot too, which made everything feel a lot less stressful before my flight.

"I booked this place hoping to actually…"
I booked this place hoping to actually relax, but honestly... the room just didn’t feel very comfortable. The chair was way too stiff, the air in the room felt kind of off, and I could still hear noise coming from outside. It worked okay for a quick stop, I guess, but if you’re trying to get a solid night’s sleep?? I’d probably look somewhere else.

"Pet friendly, but not the easiest spot with a dog"
I booked a Minute Suites room while traveling with my dog because I just needed somewhere quiet to sit for a bit between flights. After the whole thing getting there, it seemed like the easiest option at the time.
They did allow my dog in, which I appreciated, but the room was tight and didn’t really feel like it was meant for pets. There weren’t any bowls or cleanup supplies, and the staff seemed a little unsure about what the pet policy actually was.
For what it cost, I expected it to feel a little more organized. It was fine for an hour and better than sitting out in the terminal, but knowing what I know now, I probably wouldn’t book it again with my dog.

"Billing was exactly as promised, thank goodness"
I used Minute Suites during a layover and, i was bracing myself for some ridiculous surprise charge because airport stuff can be a whole drama. But nope, the amount was exactly what they told me it would be, no weird extra fees, no mysterious nonsense popping up later. The receipt came through just fine too. Such a relief. Super easy overall.

"Not awful, but not what they promised"
I used Minute Suites during a long layover it was just okay. The room was mostly clean and didn’t smell bad, but there was dust in the corners and the floor didn’t feel all that fresh. The bedding seemed fine, at least. For the price, I expected more, especially since they make it sound like you’re getting a really clean, comfortable little escape from the airport chaos. It felt like one of those promises that sounds better online than in real life. Not terrible, but definitely average.

"Such a calm break for our family"
We booked Minute Suites during a long layover with our kids, it was a really good call. The room had a calm, quiet feel to it, which was such a relief after being surrounded by all the airport noise. It was clean and had enough space for us to sit together without feeling cramped or stuck in the crowd. The kids were able to nap for a bit, and we all had a chance to reset before our next flight. For a family or small group, it just makes the whole travel day feel a lot less overwhelming. I’d definitely use it again...

"So much better than waiting at the gate"
I really loved this place. The room was quiet, quiet enough to actually unwind, and the couch was super comfy. The Wi-Fi was fast, the bathroom was clean, and it was the perfect spot to rest between flights. Way, way better than trying to nap in those awful gate chairs.

"I used Minute Suites during a long layover…"
I used Minute Suites during a long layover, i’m glad I trusted my instinct and booked it. The location was super convenient since I didn’t have to leave the terminal or go through security again, which was a huge relief. The room was simple but totally fine for getting some rest and having a quiet break. It was a bit pricey, but for the hassle it saved me, it felt worth it.

"I used my membership benefit for Minute Suites..."
I used my membership benefit for Minute Suites during a layover, and to be fair, it did work. It just wasn’t exactly the seamless “walk in and relax” moment I had pictured—because apparently even relaxation needs a verification process. The front desk had to check a few things, so it took longer than I expected. Once I got in, the room was clean enough and quiet, which was the main thing I needed. I just wish the site made the redemption steps clearer before you’re standing there tired in an airport trying to figure it out.
